| I. Background | |||
| 鳥苷酸環化酶 C（guanylyl cyclase C， GUCY2C/GCC）屬于受體鳥苷酸環化酶家族中 的一員，該蛋白可作為內源性肽鳥苷蛋白和尿鳥苷蛋白以及耐熱大腸桿菌腸毒素的受體。 GUCY2C 信號傳導由內源激素鳥苷蛋白和尿鳥苷蛋白（分別為 GUCA2A 和 GUCA2B）和 外源細菌熱穩定腸毒素 ST 誘導，產生第二信使 cGMP，激活 cGMP 依賴性蛋白酶 （PKG），最終導致上皮細胞增殖、分化和細胞凋亡等腸道穩態過程的調節。GUCY2C 廣 泛表達于結直腸癌細胞和其他胃腸道腫瘤，GUCY2C 的功能喪失或增加與便秘或腹瀉相關 的幾種疾病有關，包括腸易激綜合征伴便秘（IBS-C）和慢性特發性便秘（CIC）以及炎癥 性腸病（IBD）。 | |||
