| 黏蛋白 16（mucin16, MUC16），又稱癌抗原 125（CA125），是粘蛋白家族（MUC） 家族的成員之一，屬于 I 型跨膜粘蛋白。MUC16 常表達于眼表（包括角膜和結膜）、呼吸 道和女性生殖道黏膜上皮等多個組織器官，作為屏障保護細胞免受侵害等方面發揮重要作 用。MUC16 可以與多種腫瘤相關信號通路相互作用，能促進腫瘤細胞增殖、腫瘤遷移侵襲， 表達 MUC16 的腫瘤細胞還可以通過與多種免疫細胞相互作用從而發生免疫逃逸。MUC16 在卵巢癌、乳腺癌、宮頸癌、胰腺癌、結直腸癌的多種腫瘤中高表達，這種高表達與癌癥 進展、轉移以及患者的不良預后相關。 | |||
